Where Are Your Products Made ?
All our products are made in Varanasi, India. We work in small groups & our team members specialise in luxury silk fabrics for over 20 years.
What Type Of Silk Do You Use ?
Silk Fabrics is a living and natural material. well-treated fabrics can become even more beautiful and unique over time. Therefore these are heirloom pieces. To extend your product's life, we advise you to store it away from moisture in a cool & dry Place.
Prolonged exposure to a strong light source (sun or artificial light) may alter the colour of the fabric over time. That's we advise you to store your product in a muslin when you are not using it.
What do you advise for rainy weather, humidity, and heat?
We strongly recommend to avoid using your product in rainy weather. Silk is a natural material. Therefore, it is best to avoid extreme heat, humidity or rain.
How to take care of my product? When you don't use your product, we recommend that you put it in its protective muslin bag/cloth.For Kora Silk, We advise the same be rolled on a rod & kept separately.
How long does it take to ship my order ?
During the week: 24 to 48 hours. It may take longer incase there are additional special requests. Over the weekend: the following Monday.

Yes, delivery is free in India.
Do you deliver internationally?
No, We dont deliver internationally however we do accept orders from all over the world for deliveries that are to be made in India.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Once your product has shipped, it usually takes 2 to 3 business days in the North, 3 to 7 in Central, West & East. 7 to 10 for South If you have not received your products, feel free to contact us using our contact page or send us an email on firstname.lastname@example.org

Do I necessarily have to create an account to order?
No it's not mandatory. But it is highly recommended. Indeed, it will allow you to find your history, edit your addresses and track your parcel online faster. You will also be notified of new products and special promotions such as exhibitions in your city.
Do you save my bank details?
Absolutely not. We never have access to this information. It is the company Razor Pay that deals with it. They are governed by the rules of RBI for managing the consumer data.Your data is completely safe.
