Stuti Weaves is a home studio, so please fix a time before you come — a WhatsApp message or a call is enough. It makes sure we are there to receive you, with the pieces you asked about laid out.
The sarees, on the table
Forty to sixty pieces at any time, in daylight, the way a Banarasi should be chosen. Tell us what you have in mind and they will be laid out before you arrive.
The hands behind the weave
Ask and we will tell you which loom, which neighbourhood and which master weaver each piece came from — and show you the difference between Kadhua and cutwork in the cloth itself.
Chai, and no hurry
A Banarasi is not bought, it is collected. Stay as long as you need. If you leave without one, we will still be glad you came.
